Aston Martin - Racing. Green.
We developed Racing. Green., Aston Martin's sustainability strategy, a long-term framework for environmental leadership that positioned the company for a radically changing automotive landscape. The work was recognised at the IPRA Golden World Awards 2023. We have also helped Aston Martin navigate significant changes to regulation in the automotive sector.
DHL - Zero-emission logistics
We supported the transition to zero-emission road freight for one of the world's largest logistics providers, through technical analysis and fleet-decarbonisation modelling that turned a net-zero ambition into a practical pathway.
PD Ports - Future Teesport
We created and developed Future Teesport - A New Vision for the River Tees: the long-term vision for the River Tees to become the UK's most successful port region by 2050, built on more than a year of stakeholder consultation and setting out the case for over £3.2 billion of additional economic value and up to 38,000 new jobs.
Aviation Services UK - building an industry voice
We provided the strategic leadership to establish the first trade association representing the UK's aviation ground service providers, covering resilience, accessibility, sustainability and government engagement, with David serving as its Chief Executive since 2023.
Port of Dover - navigating Brexit
We advised the Port of Dover, Britain’s busiest ferry port, on communications and public affairs as the UK left the EU. The work addressed the commercial and reputational risks facing the port, making its case to government, media and wider stakeholders as the country’s critical trade gateway with Europe, and shaping its post-Brexit growth strategy.
US Political Intelligence
Reading Washington for UK boards - the direction of US politics, trade policy and tariffs, and what it means for market access, supply chain and investment.
Cabinet Office - trade resilience
We advised the Cabinet Office on trade resilience, communications and future policy at a moment of profound change in the UK's trading relationships.
Freeports - Teesside and East Midlands
We helped secure two of England’s eight freeports: Teesside, the UK’s largest, and East Midlands, its only inland freeport, contributing to the bids, business cases and economic evidence behind both. On the Tees, we also delivered the bid that established the Tees Maritime Cluster.
