Aston Martin - Racing. Green.
We developed Racing. Green., Aston Martin's sustainability strategy, a long-term framework for environmental leadership that positioned the company for a radically changing automotive landscape. The work was recognised at the IPRA Golden World Awards 2023. t We have also helped Aston Martin navigate significant changes to regulation in the automotive sector.
DHL - Zero-emission logistics
We supported the transition to zero-emission road freight for one of the world's largest logistics providers, through technical analysis and fleet-decarbonisation modelling that turned a net-zero ambition into a practical pathway.
PD Ports - Future Teesport
We created and developed Future Teesport — A New Vision for the River Tees: the long-term vision for the River Tees to become the UK's most successful port region by 2050, built on more than a year of stakeholder consultation and setting out the case for over £3.2 billion of additional economic value and up to 38,000 new jobs.
Aviation Services UK - building an industry voice
We provided the strategic leadership to establish the first trade association representing the UK's aviation ground -service providers, covering resilience, accessibility, sustainability and government engagement - with David serving as its Chief Executive since 2023.
Teesside Freeport and Tees Maritime Cluster
We were integral to the successful bid to create the Teeside Freeport, the largest in the UK.
We also delivered the successful bid and business case that established the Tees Maritime Cluster, bringing together the river's maritime community behind a shared platform for growth, skills and investment.
US Political Intelligence
Reading Washing for UK boards - the direction of US politics, trade policy and tariffs, and what it means for market access, supply chain and investment.
Cabinet Office - trade resilience
We advised the Cabinet Office on trade resilience, communications and future policy at a moment of profound change in the UK's trading relationships.
East Midlands Freeport - building the case
We helped deliver both the outline and final business cases that secured the successful establishment of East Midlands Freeport — the UK's only inland freeport — building the economic evidence and investment proposition behind one of only eight freeports designated in England.
